Love. Our first encounter with love looked like having milk from our mama’s breasts. We didn’t know from whom we were getting milk from, but we knew that we had to take the chance. And so, the bond began. We learn to trust and find comfort to that person. As we grow up, we start making our own glass of milk. We discover that milk comes from different varieties: whole milk, low-fat milk, organic milk, skimmed milk, raw milk, lactose-free milk, flavored milk, full cream milk, soy milk, almond milk, all the milk in the world! Thereupon, we choose our own glass of milk— like love. Everyone knows what love is because we’ve all been loved before even if you don’t feel like somebody loves you today, just know that you had your first milk—maybe you weren’t just aware of that time but your soul knew what it needed. Look at you now! All fully grown with just the right amount of sugar. Take note: You are somebody’s glass of milk, if not, you could be your own glass of milk! Nourish your soul. Let love flow on your veins. Trust and find comfort to yourself because you are your own person. In fact, when the right time comes, someone will crave for your glass of milk and will keep on filling that glass with milk when it’s almost empty. Human beings are designed to drink milk in the very first place. We cannot say no to love because it is the very first thing that we tasted the moment we got here on Earth. Whatever glass of milk you are having, people will eventually say, “Oh, you’re drinking milk!” even without knowing what kind of milk it is. Milk will always look like milk, even when it’s already spoiled. And for love? Love is love—no matter the form!
